Founded in 1990 as Karen Patterson Conveyancers by Karen Patterson herself, Patterson Conveyancing is the premier conveyancing service on the Eyre Peninsula having provided first class service to clients for over 30 years.
Now, with the next generation taking the reins, Patterson Conveyancing is still bursting with heart, soul and a great team of legal and property experts, ready to take the stress and confusion out of property transactions and get the best possible outcome for our clients.

Renee Patterson-Jesser

Director / Senior Certified Practising Conveyancer
Renee has 32 years experience and vast depth of knowledge and skills across all conveyancing matters.
Renee began her career in Adelaide and worked for reputable law and Conveyancing firms to gain valuable knowledge in mortgage preparations, private mortgages and land divisions. Renee has maintained relationships with key contacts in the major financial institutions which has proved invaluable when coordinating client settlements.
In 2007, Renee returned back home to Port Lincoln to work side by side with her mum Karen and is now the Sole Director of Patterson Conveyancing. Ongoing education paired with over thirty years in the industry ensures that Renee is able to handle all property transactions in the most efficient and professional manner. Renee maintains that it is so important to nurture and support our clients and strives to achieve this with every transaction.

Dionne Poole

Dionne was born in Port Lincoln and is a experienced certified practising conveyancer. She studied at Uni SA and gained a degree in commerce.
She has previously worked with a Port Lincoln law firm as a paralegal doing debt collection and conveyancing work. She is passionate about conveyancing and is happy to assist our clients with all their property matters. She specialises in residential transactions, PEXA, private contracts, leases and marital , de-facto property transfers and form 1 preparation. Dionne is also a Justice of the Peace and offers free assistance for certification of documents.
Dionne is exceptionally knowledgeable and can answer any Real Estate questions that are thrown her way.
Dionne is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers.
Natalie Borlase

Certified Practising Conveyancer
Natalie met and married an Eyre Peninsula farmer in the year 2000. She started working for Karen Patterson Registered Conveyancer in 2001 as a conveyancing clerk.
Natalie wears many hats including human resources, IT, Trust Account and Client Partner. With the culmination of 22 years conveyancing experience, Natalie formalised her position with becoming fully registered.
Natalie prides herself in providing unprecedented communication and attention to detail for all of our clients.
Natalie is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers.
Leanne Hannagan
Client Liaison Officer
Leanne is a former legal secretary with over 30 years experience originally from Adelaide working for a leading Adelaide Law firm. She worked as a legal secretary and was also Karen Patterson Conveyancing Settlements Agent attending to our paper settlements in Adelaide for the past 14 years.
Leanne moved to Coffin Bay to be with her family in 2020 and started working with Renee at Patterson Conveyancing (after working with her At Lempriere Abbott McLeod in Adelaide for 5 years)
Leanne demonstrates proficiency as a client liaison officer and prides herself on her customer service and communication.
Kellee McEwen
Client Liaison Officer
Kellee was born and bred in Elliston and moved to the Gold Coast where she worked in the Real Estate and conveyancing industry for many years.
She moved back to Port Lincoln to be with family and started working with Renee at Patterson Conveyancing in 2021 picking up her previous knowledge in everything property.
Kellee is passionate about assisting our clients making their settlements a smooth process.
Angie McGeever
Client Liaison Officer / Form 1 Coordinator
Angie is a born and bred local having spent her whole life in Port Lincoln. She graduated high school in 2017 and commenced her legal traineeship a few months later.
Angie has been employed within 2 local law firms where she worked closely with the Wills & Estates team and within the general practice area.
Patterson Conveyancing welcomed Angie in 2021, she is known around the office for her friendly personality and her ability to understand new conveyancing procedures at a rapid pace.
She is the first contact for any of your form 1 requirements.

Karen Patterson
Founder – Deceased 16/01/2017
Karen was originally from Kimba on the West Coast. In 1980, she made the decision to study to become a Registered Conveyancer whilst working with South Australian leading conveyancing firms and found herself accredited. In 1990 Karen founded the practice under the name Karen Patterson Conveyancing.
In 2012, Karen handed the reigns over to her daughter Renee. Since her passing in January 2017, her legacy continues with Renee continuing on in the business.
