ID REQUIREMENTS
Please ATTEND our office with your Driver’s Licence, Medicare Card and either Passport or Birth & Marriage Certificates. If you cannot attend our office, please forward us CERTIFIED copies of these ID documents. These will need to be certified by a Justice of the Peace (or similar).
TIME FRAME (ESTIMATE ONLY):
It is estimated that settlement can occur a minimum of 6 weeks from the date of instructions, as long as no delays are encountered. To prepare a contract and Form 1, we are required to order several searches from Government bodies which can take upwards of 10 business days to receive. Once a contract is in place, our authority documents will be prepared and issued for each party. Settlement can occur a minimum of 10 days from the date the Form 1 is served on the purchaser.
